  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, milk, onion, and egg. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.

  5. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or enjoy them as is.
