How To Make Gluten-Free Irish Soda Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Add in the buttermilk and mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the dough.

Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and form into a round loaf.
