How To Make Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe
This moist and delicious banana bread is gluten-free and perfect for a gluten-sensitive diet.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp gluten-free baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cup gluten-free flour blend
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, olive oil, honey, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt until well-combined.

Add in the gluten-free flour blend and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts, if using.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the surface.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
