How To Make Gluten-Free Pasta Salad Recipe
A refreshing pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings, made without wheat or gluten.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz gluten-free pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

Drain pasta and rinse with cold water until cooled.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well coated.
