  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
