How To Make Crushed Potatoes
A simple and flavorful side dish made with crushed potatoes, perfect for serving alongside any main course.

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds of small potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet. Using the back of a fork, gently crush each potato.

Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
