How To Make Coconut Flour Pancakes

- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut oil for cooking
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

Add the coconut flour, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of coconut oil.

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
