How To Make Chive and Bacon Deviled Eggs Recipe
Delicious deviled eggs filled with the savory flavors of chives and bacon.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Place eggs in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Drain hot water and rinse eggs with cold water until cool.

Once cooled, peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, and bacon. Mix until well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon or pipe mixture back into egg halves.

Garnish with additional chives and bacon if desired.
