How To Make Chicken Shish Kebabs
A delicious and flavorful dish consisting of marinated chicken pieces threaded onto skewers and grilled to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 large onion, cut into chunks
- 1 large bell pepper, cut into chunks
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken, onion chunks, and bell pepper onto skewers, alternating the ingredients.

Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

Serve the chicken shish kebabs with your favorite dipping sauce or on a bed of rice.
