How To Make Cheesy Garlic Bread

This is a delicious appetizer with a crispy garlic crust and gooey melted cheese on top.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 25 minutes



  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 6 tablespoons of butter, softened
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with the softened butter.

  4. Spread the garlic butter evenly over both halves of the bread.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the garlic butter.

  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

  8. Slice and serve hot.
