How To Make Brioche
This is a delicious and buttery French pastry that is perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Make a well in the center and pour in warm milk. Mix together until a sticky dough forms.

Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Gradually add softened butter and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into desired brioche shape.

Place the shaped brioche on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Let the brioche rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush the tops of the brioche with beaten egg.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
