How To Make Beef Stir-Fry
A delicious and flavorful beef stir-fry packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a savory sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Return the beef to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
