How To Make Beef Stir-Fry

A delicious and flavorful beef stir-fry packed with tender beef, fresh vegetables, and a savory sauce.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

  4. Return the beef to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve the beef stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
