How To Make BBQ Pulled Pork
Tender, smoky pulled pork, cooked low and slow, then smothered in tangy BBQ sauce. Perfect for a summer cookout!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork shoulder or pork butt, boneless
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to create a dry rub.

Rub the dry rub all over the pork shoulder, making sure to cover it completely.

Preheat your grill to a temperature of 225°F (107°C).

Place the seasoned pork shoulder on the grill, close the lid, and let it cook for 8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).

Once the pork is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Using two forks, shred the pork into small pieces.

In a large bowl, mix the shredded pork with the BBQ sauce until evenly coated.

Serve the BBQ pulled pork on hamburger buns and enjoy!
