How To Make Banana Oat Pancakes
Delicious and healthy banana oat pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Honey or maple syrup, for serving
- Sliced bananas, for serving
Instructions

In a blender, combine bananas, oats, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges are set and bubbles form on the surface.

Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
