How To Make Apple and blackberry jam
A sweet and tangy jam made with fresh apples and juicy blackberries. Perfect for spreading on toast or adding to desserts.

Ingredients
- 4 apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 2 cups blackberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the apples, blackberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the fruits have softened and the mixture has thickened, about 30 minutes.

Use a potato masher or immersion blender to mash and blend the fruits until desired consistency is reached.

Remove from heat and allow the jam to cool completely.

Transfer the jam into sterilized jars and refrigerate until ready to use.
