Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 35 minutes

  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.

  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with water, then fold diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly to seal.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pot. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
