  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  5. Add broccoli florets and cashews to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.

  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir-fry for another minute until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.

  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
