Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 Chilean sea bass fillets
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

  2. Place the sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the miso-soy marinade over them. Marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove the sea bass fillets from the marinade, and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.

  5. While the fish is grilling, pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.

  6. Serve the grilled sea bass fillets drizzled with the thickened marinade and garnished with sliced green onions.
