Ingredients

  • 4 packs of ramen noodles
  • 6 cups of chicken broth
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.

  4. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the boiling broth while gently stirring to create ribbons.

  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pot and stir to combine.

  6. Cook for 2 more minutes until the noodles are heated through.

  7. Divide the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
