Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz noodles (such as ramen or udon), cooked according to package instructions
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through.

  3. Pour the teriyaki sauce and chicken broth into the skillet with the cooked chicken. Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss them with the chicken and sauce until well coated.

  5. Serve the Chicken Teriyaki and Noodles hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
