  • 4 packs of instant ramen noodles
  • 2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of sliced carrots
  • 1 cup of sliced spinach
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  2. Add the chicken broth, shredded chicken, mushrooms, carrots, and spinach to the pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

  3. In a separate pot, cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles and set aside.

  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pot of chicken broth and vegetables. Stir in the heavy cream and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Let the ramen simmer for a few more minutes to heat through.

  6. Serve the creamy chicken ramen hot, garnished with green onions.
