  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 pounds chicken wings

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings and half of the sauce. Toss until the wings are well-coated.

  3. Preheat grill or oven to medium heat. Grill or bake the wings for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and crispy.

  4. Transfer the wings to a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
