Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

  2. Add the diced onions and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and golden.

  3. Add the diced red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.

  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooked rice to the other side.

  5. Stir-fry the rice, breaking up any clumps, until heated through.

  6. Add the diced pineapple and ham to the skillet.

  7. Drizzle the soy sauce and fish sauce over the rice mixture.

  8. Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.

  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  10. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
