Ingredients
- 400g pork, thinly sliced
- 200g bamboo shoots, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

Add bamboo shoots and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the pork and bamboo shoots, stirring well to coat.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Garnish with green onions and serve hot with steamed rice.
