  • 400g pork, thinly sliced
  • 200g bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)


  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

  3. Add pork and stir-fry until cooked through.

  4. Add bamboo shoots and continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes.

  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

  6. Pour the sauce over the pork and bamboo shoots, stirring well to coat.

  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot with steamed rice.
