How To Make Turkey Dressing Bread

This turkey dressing bread is a great way to upgrade your sandwiches. Full of savory flavors from various herbs and spices, it’s best with cranberry sauce!

  • 1cupmilk,room temperature
  • 1egg
  • 1tbspbutter,softened
  • 2tbspbrown sugar
  • tspsalt
  • cupyellow cornmeal
  • 3cupsbread flour
  • tspdried minced onion flakes
  • tspcelery seed
  • ¾tsppoultry seasoning
  • ½tsprubbed sage
  • ½tspground black pepper
  • tspactive dry yeast


  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic bread setting; press Start.

  2. Check dough after 5 minutes of mixing. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or flour if needed.
