  • 2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons of za’atar spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each into triangles.

  3. Sprinkle za’atar spice blend evenly over each triangle.

  4. Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle towards the pointed end to form croissants.

  5. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Brush the croissants with olive oil.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
