Bread Machine Garlic Bread Recipe

How To Make Bread Machine Garlic Bread Recipe

Soft and buttery garlic bread made in a bread machine.

Preparation: 10 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Add water, flour, sugar, salt and yeast in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

  2. Select Dough cycle and press start.

  3. Once the cycle has finished, remove the dough from the machine and roll it out on a floured surface.

  4. In a bowl, mix together butter, garlic, and parsley.

  5. Spread the garlic butter over the dough and cut it into strips.

  6. Let the dough rise until doubled in size and preheat the oven to 375°F.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
