How To Make Bread Machine Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Add the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to the bread machine pan.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and add them to the pan along with the vegetable oil and milk.

  3. Select the “Cake” or “Quick Bread” setting on the bread machine.

  4. Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool before serving.
