How To Make Bread Machine Brioche Recipe

Soft, buttery and slightly sweet bread made in a bread maker.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 3 hours
Total: 3 hours 15 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lukewarm milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order listed, or as recommended by the manufacturer.

  2. Select dough cycle and let machine do the work.

  3. Once cycle is complete, remove dough from pan and shape as desired.

  4. Let dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.

  5. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  6. Brush dough with beaten egg and place in oven.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
