How To Make Sweet Potato Bread
Try this easy sweet potato bread that could double as breakfast and dessert! It’s made with milk and brown sugar, and spiced with cinnamon.

Ingredients
- ½cupsugar
- ½cuplight brown sugar
- ½cupvegetable oil
- 2large eggs
- 1¾cupsflour
- 1tspbaking soda
- ¼tspsalt
- ¾tspground cinnamon
- ⅓cupwhole milk
- 1cupsweet potatoes,cooked and mashed
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

Add sugars and oil to a large bowl and beat well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until combined.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture alternately with milk. Fold in sweet potatoes.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake for about 55 to 60 minutes, until golden and inserted toothpick comes out clean with moist crumbs.
