Delicious French loaf stuffed with a wonderful cheese and sausage mixture!

How To Make Stuffed Bread
A delicious take on the classic submarine sandwich wherein this recipe it has all the basic components of a good sandwich – and more! A pound of juicy sausage accompanied by green peppers with mixture of cheeses and sour cream to balance everything out.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 small green peppers, plus juice,chopped
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 large taco chips
Instructions
- Cut out French bread leaving ends and a bottom.
- Scoop out the bread.
- Brown sausage and drain the grease.
- Chop cheddar cheese and cram cheese into small blocks.
- Add to sausage and melt.
- Add sour cream and peppers.
- Spoon mixed ingredients into French bread.

Wrap whole loaf in foil (we used two pieces).

Cook for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
