How To Make Strawberry Tea Bread with Strawberry Butter

For Strawberry Tea Bread:

  • 2cupsall purpose flour
  • cupsrolled oats,not instant
  • 1tspcinnamon
  • 1tspsalt
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • ½tspbaking powder
  • 3eggs
  • 1cupsugar
  • 1cupvegetable oil
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 2cupsstrawberries,crushed measure after crushing, not before

For Whipped Strawberry Butter:

  • ½cupbutter,softened
  • 2tbsppowdered sugar
  • ¼cupstrawberries,crushed room temperature


Strawberry Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour two 9×4 loaf pans.

  2. Combine flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. Set aside.

  3. In a second bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla. Pour egg mixture into dry mixture and stir until almost combined. Add in strawberries and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.

  4. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake 40-45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in the pan. Turn out onto a cooling rack and let cool completely.

Whipped Strawberry Butter:

  1. Whip butter on medium speed of a mixer until fluffy. Whip in strawberries & powdered sugar.
