
How To Make Pizzeria Garlic Knots and Sauce
Bake some garlic knots just like the ones from a pizzeria with this recipe. Pair these tasty snacks with tomato sauce dip seasoned with oregano and basil.

Ingredients
For Garlic Knots:
- ¼ozdry yeast,1 pkg
- 1cupwarm water
- 2½cupsflour
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tspsugar
- 1tspsalt
- ¼cupolive oil
- 3clovesgarlic,minced
- 1tspdried oregano
- ½tspred pepper,crushed
- ¼tspkosher salt
For Pizza Dipping Sauce:
- 6oztomato paste,1 can
- 8oztomato sauce,1 can
- 1tspdried oregano
- 1tspdried basil
- ¼tspwhite sugar
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- ½tspsalt
- ¼tspparsley,fresh minced
Instructions
To make the Dough:

Add the yeast to the warm water.

Add in the flour, olive oil, sugar, and salt. Combine and knead for 1 minute, then let sit for 10 minutes.

Roll the dough out into a 13×6-inch rectangle, then cut into ¾ inch wide strips. Tie each dough strip into a nice loose knot.

Add olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, crushed red pepper, and kosher salt to a small bowl and mix.

Add each knot to the bowl of oil and lightly dredge or spoon oil on top.

Add to a baking sheet that has been lined with foil or sprayed with oil. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
To Make the Dipping Sauce:

Combine the tomato paste, tomato sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, sugar, garlic, salt, and parsley in a small bowl and whisk together.
