- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup water

Drizzle in olive oil and gradually add water, mixing with a spoon until a dough forms.

Knead the dough onto a lightly floured surface until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook each piadina for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
