How To Make Naturally Sweetened Zucchini Bread
You can have this zucchini bread made with honey and zucchini mixed together for a delicious breakfast, dessert, or even for snacks.

- 1tbspflour,or as needed for dusting
- 1½cupshoney
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 4½tsp baking powder
- 1tspsalt
- 2cupsgrated zucchini
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan and dust with flour.

Mix honey and vanilla extract together in a large bowl until smooth.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl; stir into honey mixture in small portions, integrating each before adding the next. Fold zucchini into the batter. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean for about 25 to 30 minutes.
