Fast and Easy Calzones Recipe

These calzones are a hit from young to old. They’re great for packing lunch boxes. Served hot or cold, the flavors just melt in your mouth.


How To Make Fast and Easy Calzones

Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuits
  • 4 slice mozzarella cheese
  • 40 small pepperoni, round slices
  • tomatoes, fresh seedless, chopped
  • green bell pepper, chopped
  • Marinara Sauce
  • onion, chopped
  • olives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Open pack of biscuits and press each one flat onto a cookie sheet (there should be about 8).

  2. Place 5 slices of pepperoni on half of each biscuit, overlapping each piece. Allow room to fold over into a moon shape.

  3. Place a half slice of cheese over pepperoni. Add additional fillings here.  Fold over and push edges down. Put 3 tiny air slits on top.

  4. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.If serving in a lunch box, supply container of marinara sauce. If on a plate, pour some on the side for dipping.
