These calzones are a hit from young to old. They’re great for packing lunch boxes. Served hot or cold, the flavors just melt in your mouth.
How To Make Fast and Easy Calzones
Ingredients
- 1 can biscuits
- 4 slice mozzarella cheese
- 40 small pepperoni, round slices
- tomatoes, fresh seedless, chopped
- green bell pepper, chopped
- Marinara Sauce
- onion, chopped
- olives, chopped
Instructions

Open pack of biscuits and press each one flat onto a cookie sheet (there should be about 8).

Place 5 slices of pepperoni on half of each biscuit, overlapping each piece. Allow room to fold over into a moon shape.

Place a half slice of cheese over pepperoni. Add additional fillings here. Fold over and push edges down. Put 3 tiny air slits on top.

Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.If serving in a lunch box, supply container of marinara sauce. If on a plate, pour some on the side for dipping.
