How To Make Eggless S’mores Cookie Dough
These eggless s’mores cookie dough is best eaten raw. It tastes just like s’mores and perfect as a topping for cupcakes or ice cream mix-ins.

- 1stickbutter,softened, unsalted
- 2tbspgranulated sugar
- â…“cuppacked brown sugar
- 2tbspwater
- 1tspvanilla extract
- ½cupall-purpose flour
- ¾cupgraham cracker crumbs
- ¼tspkosher salt
- ½cupmini semisweet chocolate chips
- ½cupmini cereal marshmallows
Instructions

In a bowl with a mixer or a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until they are noticeably lighter in color and very fluffy. This usually takes a couple of minutes.

Add in water and vanilla and mix for a couple of seconds.

Add in flour, salt, and chocolate chips then mix until all combined.
