These eggless s’mores cookie dough is best eaten raw. It tastes just like s’mores and perfect as a topping for cupcakes or ice cream mix-ins.

  • 1stickbutter,softened, unsalted
  • 2tbspgranulated sugar
  • cuppacked brown sugar
  • 2tbspwater
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • ½cupall-purpose flour
  • ¾cupgraham cracker crumbs
  • ¼tspkosher salt
  • ½cupmini semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½cupmini cereal marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a bowl with a mixer or a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until they are noticeably lighter in color and very fluffy. This usually takes a couple of minutes.

  2. Add in water and vanilla and mix for a couple of seconds.

  3. Add in flour, salt, and chocolate chips then mix until all combined.
