How To Make Easy Pizza Dough

Learn how to make this pizza dough in just 45 minutes! All you need are 7 basic ingredients. It’s up to you whether you want to make it thick or thin-crust.

  • 1cupwarm water,(110 degrees)
  • 1tspwhite sugar
  • tspactive dry yeast,(1 packet)
  • cupsbread flour
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ½tspgarlic powder


  1. In a stand mixer mix the water, sugar and yeast together and let it sit for 10 minutes.

  2. Add in the flour, oil, salt and garlic powder and whisk together on medium speed until well combined, then swap out for the dough hook and let it knead for 5 minutes on medium speed.

  3. Remove the dough hook and let it rest, covered with a damp clean towel for 30 minutes before using.

  4. Roll the pizza dough out with a bit of flour and when ready to use bake at 425 degrees topped with your favorite ingredients for 10 to 12 minutes.
