How To Make Easy Brunch Bake

On a morning rush? This brunch bake recipe whips up a fast and easy dish, made with eggs poured over a spread of biscuits and ham, for a delectable meal!

For The Bake:

  • 1canrefrigerated biscuit
  • 8eggs
  • cupsmilk
  • 1tsppepper
  • 1tspsalt
  • ¼cupchives,chopped
  • 1cupham,chopped

For Hollandaise Sauce:

  • 2egg yolks
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • ½tspsalt
  • cayenne pepper,to taste
  • 4tbspbutter,hot


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cut each biscuit into 9 pieces. Set aside.

  3. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and chives.

  4. In a 9×13-inch glass baking dish, evenly spread out the biscuit pieces and the ham. Pour the egg mixture over everything.

  5. Bake for about 35 minutes.

Hollandaise Sauce:

  1. Combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne in a blender. Gradually add the hot butter until fully mixed.

  2. Slice and pour Hollandaise sauce over the bake. Top with chives, serve, and enjoy!
