How To Make Easy Brunch Bake
On a morning rush? This brunch bake recipe whips up a fast and easy dish, made with eggs poured over a spread of biscuits and ham, for a delectable meal!

For The Bake:
- 1canrefrigerated biscuit
- 8eggs
- 1½cupsmilk
- 1tsppepper
- 1tspsalt
- ¼cupchives,chopped
- 1cupham,chopped
For Hollandaise Sauce:
- 2egg yolks
- 1tbsplemon juice
- ½tspsalt
- cayenne pepper,to taste
- 4tbspbutter,hot
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut each biscuit into 9 pieces. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, pepper, salt, and chives.

In a 9×13-inch glass baking dish, evenly spread out the biscuit pieces and the ham. Pour the egg mixture over everything.

Bake for about 35 minutes.
Hollandaise Sauce:

Combine the egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne in a blender. Gradually add the hot butter until fully mixed.

Slice and pour Hollandaise sauce over the bake. Top with chives, serve, and enjoy!
