This Cinnabon cinnamon rolls recipe tastes best when freshly baked so make sure to enjoy them while still fresh. If you’re eating them later, microwaving them for 10 to 15 seconds makes them almost as good as fresh.

How To Make Copycat Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
For Rolls:
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water
- 1.7 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 ½ tsp yeast
For Filling:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup walnuts , chopped, optional
- 1/4 cup raisins, optional
For Frosting:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 ½ cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tsp milk
Instructions

Place ingredients in a bread machine following the manufacturer's instructions. Set for dough cycle.

When done, remove from the machine and roll out to an approximate 17 x 10-in. rectangle.

Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon, with the optional walnuts and raisins if desired. Spread softened butter over dough.

Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon mixture over top. Roll tightly from the long end, pinching edges closed when completely rolled.

Slice the rolled dough into 1/2-in. slices (or larger if a larger bun is preferred).

Place into greased cake pans or a cookie sheet. If using cake pans, use three 9-in. pans. Let rise until doubled.

Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden. Do not over-bake.Â

Mix all the frosting ingredients until well combined. Spread on very warm rolls and serve.
