- ½cupsugar
- 1tbspcinnamon
- oil,for frying
Instructions

Combine cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and stir.

Heat oil in a pan to 350 degrees F.

Place about 15 pieces of Duros in the pan at once, and cook. Nothing will happen for the first few seconds, then suddenly they will puff up. Cook for 5 seconds after they have puffed up.

Move to a wire rack to drain, and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the Duros very liberally.
