How To Make Cinnamon Roll Bread

This decadent and moist cinnamon roll bread is made with the classic spiced roll flavors, and is topped with a creamy sweet glaze, for a luscious dessert!

For Bread:

  • 2cupsflour
  • 1tbspbaking powder
  • ½tspsalt
  • ¾cupsugar
  • 1egg
  • 1cupmilk
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • cupsour cream

For Swirl:

  • ½cupsugar
  • 3tspcinnamon
  • 2tbspbutter,melted and cooled slightly

For Glaze:

  • ½cuppowdered sugar
  • 3tspmilk


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder salt and sugar in a small bowl, and set aside.

  3. Whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla and sour cream in a large bowl.

  4. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir with a spoon just until combined. Pour into a greased loaf pan.


  1. Mix together the sugar, cinnamon and butter in a small bowl.

  2. Pour over the bread mixture and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.

  3. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. Let cool for a few minutes on wire rack.


  1. Combine the powdered sugar and milk in a bowl.

  2. Once the bread is mostly cooled, drizzle glaze over bread.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
