
How To Make Cinnamon Chip Bread
Munch on this soft cinnamon chip bread, made with milk and honey mixed with potato flakes and cinnamon chips, for a uniquely flavorful snack!

Ingredients
- 4cupsall purpose flour
- 1¼cupsmilk
- ⅓cupbutter
- ¼cuphoney
- 1egg
- ¼cupinstant potato flakes
- 1tbspinstant yeast
- 1tbsppowdered milk
- 1½tspsalt
- 1½tspvanilla extract
- 1½tspground cinnamon
- ½tspbaking powder
- 1cupcinnamon chips,such as Hershey’s®
Instructions

Place the flour, milk, butter, honey, egg, potato flakes, yeast, milk, salt, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bread machine in the order listed by the manufacturer. Run the Dough cycle.

Remove the dough from the machine after about 1 hour 45 minutes when the cycle is done.

Refrigerate the dough for about 1 hour until cool.

Transfer the dough to a bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Mix in the cinnamon chips using the dough hook.

Place the dough in a round pie plate, then let rise for 1 to 2 hours until about doubled in volume.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cover the dough loosely with a tent of aluminum foil.

Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 175 degrees F.
