- 1cupchocolate chips,semi-sweet, divided
- 2eggs,large
- 1cupsugar
- ½cupvegetable oil
- 1¼cupszucchini,grated
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 1cupflour
- ¼cupcocoa powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- ¼tspcinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 9 by 5 loaf pan.

Melt 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips in a small bowl.

Whisk together the eggs, sugar, oil, grated zucchini, vanilla and chocolate.

Add in the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and the remaining chocolate chips.

Pour it into your loaf pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until it springs back when touched.
