How To Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients
- ½cupbuttersoftened
- 1cupbrown sugaror natural sweetener
- 2tspvanilla extract
- 2eggs
- 3bananasmashed
- ½cuppeanut butterpowdered
- 2cupslight spelt flouror plain all-purpose flour
- 2tspbaking powder
- 1tspbaking soda
- 4tbsphoney
- ½cupchocolate chipssemi sweet, or dark
- 4tbspcocoa powderunsweetened
- 2tbsppeanut butterpowdered, or normal peanut butter
- 3tbspsugaror natural sweetener
- 8tbspwarm water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly greases a loaf cake pan with cooking oil spray, wiping over the excess with a paper towel, and set aside.

Combine butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until light in color and creamy. Beat in the eggs and beat well until combined.

Add the mashed banana, powdered peanut butter, flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and honey and stir gently until the batter is combined, but don’t overbeat.

Pour batter into a prepared loaf cake pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until firm to the touch and cooked through when tested with a toothpick.

Cool in the tin for 15 to 20 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

To make the frosting, combine all topping ingredients together, and mix until smooth.

Add tablespoon amounts of extra water to reach the consistency you like.
