  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Stir in the melted butter, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, and sour cream until well combined.

  4. Using your hands, shape the dough into 8 equal-sized biscuits and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
