Ingredients
- 7beefsteak tomatoes
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- ¼red onion,small, chopped
- 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 2tbspbalsamic vinegar
- Olive oil spray
- 8basil leaves,fresh, chopped
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper,to taste
- 16ozbaguette,or French bread
- 2clovesgarlic,peeled
Instructions

Combine tomatoes, chopped garlic, red onion, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and basil.

Set aside.

Slice bread into ½ inch thick slices.

Place on a tray and spray lightly with olive oil.

Toast bread under the broiler until golden.

When bread is toasted, rub each piece with whole garlic clove.
