  • 1 pkg Jimmy Dean sausage
  • 8 slices cinnamon raisin bread
  • 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • butter


  1. Take the sausage and form 4 large patties.

  2. Cook sausage and put aside.

  3. Crack eggs into the skillet, make sure to break the yolks.

  4. Cook and then put aside.

  5. Butter one side of each slice of bread.

  6. Put a slice of bread in the skillet, butter down, then place the ingredients as follows: cheese, sausage, egg, cheese, and the other slice of bread, buttered side up.

  7. Cook and flip until cheese is melted.
