Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 Campagne bread, thickly sliced into 1-inch cubes
- 3 oz cream cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- ½ cup peanuts, or cashews, roasted and chopped
- cooking spray
To serve:
- 1 tbsp pancake syrup, or blueberry and maple syrup

Grease a 10-inch baking casserole.

Beat flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.

Stir in bread cubes until coated.

Pour bread mixture into pan.

Top evenly with cream cheese, blueberries, and nuts.

Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F.

Uncover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with pancake syrup per serving or sprinkle with powdered sugar or desired syrup.
